Had to ride early today, so it was solo again. I feel so fortunate to have the friends I do, and I miss riding with them, but I gotta tell you, to be out, on my own, as the sun comes up and then see these colors... it really does alter my perspective on life, for the good.

Colorful
Needed this ride. Rough week of work was left out on the roads to Belle Plaine. Amy wasn't feeling good and cut the ride short. Steven wasn't interested in being out on the Carver County roads alone with me, so those kids rode to Excelsior, and I rode solo.
I was breaking in a new set of wheels. I think they are even stiffer than my old set of Ksyriums. 85/18.7
Of course I got a flat to help break them in.
But, man, I saw some beautiful country. Not the best colors ever, but still plenty pretty. One of those awe filled rides.
Mighty grateful for the bike.
