Took the day off. Kind of shitty weather, otherwise I'd of put on 10 or 20 miles at about 13mph. Pre-race dinner: 1/2 pound hamburger, 2 slices of provolone cheese, 4 slices of bacon, mayonnaise, guacamole, tomato, whole wheat bun, and fried potatoes. I'm sitting down to watch Charlie Wilson's War right now, with two hot chocolate chip cookies and a bowl of vanilla ice cream.
