Worked the elliptical for two hours today. Looks like I'll be spending even more quality time at the gym with my favorite machines. Lots of negative numbers predicted for this weeks temps.
We are under the same Artic blast for the next five days. In spinning class tonight I could see the snow blowing and blowing outside...I was glad I was inside sweating at 66 degrees!!!
