It's Mostly About The Ride
Groggy? Maybe those weekend miles are catching up with you. A good night's sleep will solve the sluggish feeling...still not bad for speed.
Seems legs are often on the edge of sluggish. Our minds just want to ride more then our legs can fully recover. Oh well can't help it. :-)
