Lots of Tired

I sure have been tired lately. No giddy-up at all. Youth is a terrible thing to waste on the young. Penny thinks I need more vitamin D. 20/14.5 (and that was on a road bike)

On a happier note: I've been on jury duty for the last week and a half. Got discharged today!

Saw these Trumpeters while working today. There were a dozen of them out on this frozen lake near North Oaks. These two were with the flock, and non-chalantly started to walk away. At about 20 feet away they start to do some head-bobbing, and before you know it they were running along the ice and skimming just above it. The others didn't even seem to notice. Very fun to watch.
