Warning: don't ride with Amy after she's had coffee on a day off. I could barely hold her wheel. It was nice, warm, sunny and Thursday so you'd think we'd be on a nice leisurely ride. Apparently not!
Like always, the conversation was great, it was a beautiful day, and the sun was so warm it was a pleasure to ride, but she was on a tear. 25/13.7

The scary thing is that she went cross country skiing with me for an hour and a half before biking with you.
heh. unemployment agrees with me, and the terrifying memories of last march are motivating me to get serious about traning.
