It was great to see everybody. Lots of teammates showed up as the weather has turned a little more friendly. Quads were feeling fine, after yesterday's effort, and it was nice to be out with great friends, lots of fun chatter, and a nice easy recovery pace. It's all good. 48/16.2

Sunday Coffee
Woke up at about 9AM and figured, well I could probably make it to the cafe by 10AM, for the team coffee ride. We never stopped for coffee, but we did get to stop right along the Mississippi for Talib's flat. 
It was great to see everybody. Lots of teammates showed up as the weather has turned a little more friendly. Quads were feeling fine, after yesterday's effort, and it was nice to be out with great friends, lots of fun chatter, and a nice easy recovery pace. It's all good. 48/16.2
