Two Hours At The Gym

An all day rain and snow event got me to the gym. It looks like ice, wind and cold will put me there again tomorrow. There's always the weekend.

Thanks for the comment tonight....I feel like crap. I might have to stuff some kleenex in my bike shorts tomorrow for my spin class.

I can imagine the trails you ride will be icy and snowy tomorrow. Ride with caution.
