Last Day At The Gym For A long Time...I Hope
Another 2 hour elliptical session today. The forecast promises release from my recent sub-zero incarceration. I'll take the day off tomorrow, and will be free by the weekend.

It's always good to take a rest day. I'm looking forward to those warmer temps next week...it will feel like spring. Hey, maybe you'll be able to take off a layer or two!
