Pleasant

Another nice ride. I'm always a little groggy on Mondays, from large mile weekends. I asked Amy how she was feeling this evening (she put more miles on over the weekend than I did), and in a perky, upbeat voice she said, "Oh I'm just fine".
Youth!
I started feeling the effects of age on my cycling around 42 or 43. I'll be racing walkers when the effects start on her. I'm still young at heart though. 33/16.9

Yeap, seems age for me is hardest on recovery, if I bust my butt two days in row, I fatigue out.

Oh, and I don't know how to say this, a man of your cycling abilities, but umm, I think your seat needs to be raised.

Ditto Mr DG, I was going to say the same thing. Looks like the knees might be hitting your nose! Very funny.

If your legs keep spinning, that's all that counts.

At some point we all discover that age does make a difference, but we just make some changes in our game plan and keep on pedaling, what ever you do, don't stop, I don't think this is a problem in your case.
