It's Mostly About The Ride
Yikkers, nipppy, I forgot how that feels, but I am willing to relearn.:-)
The legs can say a lot. Are you sure you aren't feeling the affects of Ragweed.....allergies can affect your whole body.
maybe the legs want to sleep in an extra hour and do a shorter ride starting at 10 on saturday...
Our low this morning, the first time since April was 72, a delightful ride this morning, maybe there is light at the end of the Hot tunnel.
