what's with the curved ceiling?
It's a quonset hut. Not uncommon in the '40s during and after the war. They were quick, easy and inexpensive to put up. Obviously, don't see them used as living space much anymore.
I am familiar with Quonset huts, glad your weather is improving, we're in prime time here. How did your friends like Austin?
