Little Longer
Slowly increasing the miles and speeds. Years past I just kind of went from winter to summer in regards to miles and speed. This year the plan is to ease into it a little more....a longer, more gentle ramp up. It has nothing to do with my age! That's my story and I'm sticking with it! 32/16.6

Who ever said, "age is just a number" I figure ain't got old yet, cause this ole gray mare ain't what she used to be.
I am relieved to hear about the ramp up plan myself, and I am certainly not old. I hope to be tailgaiting you by saturday.
Yes, aging has it's rewards and realities.
